La Gardenia is an ideal place to relax and unwind enjoying magnificent views.

Sol Del Este is the most easterly point in Spain and spectacular sunrises provide fantastic photo opportunities which can be enjoyed from the lovely gardens.

A short walk to the harbor of Calas Fonts which has a large selection of lovely restaurants and bars.

The apartment has been fully renovated throughout, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dinning area and two small balconies.
There are built in wardrobes in all of the bedrooms providing ample storage space. The well appointed kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and all small appliances you would expect to find in your kitchen at home.

There is everything you need if your preference is to cook for yourself, it truly is a home from home.
We have free wi fi and TV showing English channels in the lounge.
The two bathrooms make it an ideal apartment for two families to share as there isn't a queue for the shower after a long day enjoying the pool.
A BBQ is provided for those who want to enjoy the fabulous garden views and enjoy a meal overlooking the harbor.

Guests have sole use of the apartment which will be fully cleaned before arrival. Towels and bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Beach towels can be provided for an extra cost.
Please, do not leave young children unattended in the pool area.
Please, no glasses bottles or other glassware to be taken anywhere near the pool.
The use of any inflatable in the pool is strictly forbidden.
You are requested to be quiet in the pool after dark and not to use the pool between the hours of 11.00pm and 8.30am. This is to assist the cleaning.
Please keep your voices down late at night. Be aware all sound does carry throughout the complex and apartments.
To help keep our complex attractive and well maintained, please be prepared to move chairs, towels, sun beds and personal effects when the gardener needs to mow or water.
All garden furniture, sun beds, barbeques and other personal effects must be cleared from the gardens and paths and put out of sight every evening. Automatic sprinklers operate throughout the gardens during the night.
Please use the shower before using the pool.
To avoid the risk of fire, the use of barbeques is not permitted in the inner gardens or on balconies.
Thank you for your co-operation Reading these rules straight through probably makes La Gardenia appear a pretty formidable place, but in reality because everyone is considerate of their neighbor it is a very relaxing place to which many visitors return year after year, try it.
