The property is newly refurbished, modern with a Spanish twist and a new kitchen, air conditioning, shutters and blinds.
The living area is very spacious with 3 sofas and TV equipped with satellite.
Across from living room is a new modern kitchen with integrated appliances.
There is a dining area off the kitchen with seating for six people.
The pool area is a large spacious area with awnings to keep out the midday sun with outdoor seating and sun loungers.
Coal BBQ if required.
The bedrooms are as well quiet spacious with two double beds one with tv and dvd, two singles all with built in wardrobes and drawers.
With new bedside cabinets and lamps being fitted with all new sheets and pillows throughout.
There is one ensuite with vaulted ceiling with large walk in shower with one main bathroom with large walk in shower in main corridor leading back to living area.
Guest access:
Visitors will have full access apart from our small private storage area which will be locked away.
Interaction with guests:
We have people in Cala en porter if there are any issues that can come at moments notice and I will be on my mobile if any issues arise.
The villa is close to the town and we love it being so quiet and off the road and looking out to the sea.
We have just purchased this property for our family and are looking forward to the coming summer months.
We holiday here every year and I have done so for 36 years.
