Description
The detached, fully double glazed villa has 3 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 6 people.
It is set within its own garden with a private swimming pool to the rear; the pool, barbecue and patio area, with outdoor furniture and sun beds, overlooks open countryside and is very private.
The house is set on a narrow, quiet road with very little traffic and it is a five minute stroll into the small town of Cala En Porter, where there are numerous bars, restaurants and several supermarkets.
It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. There is a nightclub set in the caves about a 20 walk from the villa. All music in the bars of the town finishes at midnight.
Bed linen and towels, for bathroom use only, are supplied and changed weekly.
We ask that clients take their own beach/pool towels.
The villa also has a washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair driers, WIFI, wall mounted television with English channels and a selection of books.
There are also one travel cot and a high chair available if required.
We would highly recommend that you hire a car with your booking to enable you to see more of this beautiful island.
We can arrange for the car to be waiting for you at the airport or delivered to the villa.
The villa is about a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Directions
From the airport roundabout, turn left - signposted Cala En Porter. This is now a straight road to Cala En Porter. Continue round about 3 roundabouts and through the little village of San Climent, until you enter a sign welcoming you to Cala En Porter. You then take the second left, over 2 crossroads and turn right at the 3rd crossroad. Follow this road round until you come to Casa Andrette on your left hand side of the road.

We will try to be flexible with check in and check out, depending on the timing of the previous letting and allowing time for cleaning of the villa.
Tourist Tax.
This tax is directed to guests holidaying in registered tourist properties with a Tourist licence, which are required from owners before they can rent in Menorca.
The government have left it to property owners to collect and pay, rather than collection points at the airport.
This is for anyone 16 years and over coming to Menorca, as of the 1st July 2016,
2€+ iva = 2.42€per night per person for the first 8 nights then 1.22€ for all nights 9 and over
This is not included in the booking prices, and will be collected on your final holiday payment.
Changeover day: Friday.
Terms and conditions
We ask that anything broken is replaced and that there is no smoking in any part of the villa. Also that the air conditioning units in the bedrooms on not left on during the day and only used at night, as they use excessive amounts of electricity.
