The apartment is located on the first floor of the complex, it has 2 double bedrooms; 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both share a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

The small but pleasant kitchen area has a gas hob, microwave with grill and washing machine.

Spacious dining room area with a large window that gives access to the balcony / outdoor terrace, next to this room you will find the sitting room that has TV and Wifi for guests. On terrace you will look out to beautiful views of the quiet urbanization and it also has an area with tables, chairs and a bench with a pergola, covered by an awning.

The garden and pool area is communal with 3 other houses.

This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited.
EscapeHome reserves the right to charge a security deposit of 150€ per person prior to your arrival.

If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked.

If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands.

Pets are not accepted.
