The use of this website for all 'Members' are subject to the following terms of use:

Privately Owned Holiday Rentals
1. The contents of the privately owned property listings of Just Menorca are generated by information provided/submitted by the 'Member' or information gathered from sources provided/submitted by the 'Member'.
2. The 'Members' submission of information or materials on this website is entirely at the 'Members' discretion.
3. It shall be the 'Members' responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information made available through this website are true, accurate and comply with local laws.
4. 'Members' agree there will be NO inclusion of a website address in any listing (Add your website address in your profile, this will then be displayed as a link on your listing)
5. 'Members' agree there will be NO inclusion of an email address in any listing (A contact form is provided for tracking and this purpose)
6. Just Menorca assumes that information provided by a 'Member' is true, accurate and complies with local laws and can not be held responsible or liable if not so.

To avoid attempts of property rental scams we only accept properties where the Member has a valid email / telephone number linking to the property and/or a website where we can verify the ownership.
Once ownership is established we will issue a verified status icon - - on your listing(s)

Just Menorca reserves the right to remove details (website address / email address) from a listing without contacting the Member.

Just Menorca reserves the right to deactivate a listing, in the event a listing is deactivated the owner will be contacted and advised of the reason.

Company Owned Holiday Rentals
This website contains material which is not owned by or licensed to us.
This material includes, but is not limited to, affiliate advertisements, all affiliate rental properties will be clearly marked with the company brand responsible for the rental property.
All trade marks reproduced on this website which are not the property of or licensed to Just Menorca are acknowledged on this website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

Any images used within a listing can be used by Just Menorca freely on Social Media for the purpose of promoting the property in the listing.
