A private villa apartment in Cala Galdana, Menorca, Balearic Islands, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and restaurants via a traffic-free tree-lined footpath from the rear of the property.
The lower floor of a detached villa, it is in a private and quiet location, with a large terrace overlooking trees with views to Cala Galdana bay, and a private 8 metre swimming pool to one side.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin room and 1 single room (could take an extra bed or cot if needed) sleeping 7.

There is newly installed (2020) air-conditioning and heating to all bedrooms.

The large lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs adjoining a sun lounge with additional sofa and chairs, an LCD TV with broadband and satellite TV including Netflix. There is a newly replaced family bathroom and well equipped kitchen, with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and hob.

The pool area is located within a sunny, private side patio, with sun loungers and space for al fresco dining on the main rear facing patio, with dining table and chairs to seat seven people..

Steps to the rear lead to basement storage, a rear garden and access to the well-lit public footpath leading down directly to cala galdana bay.

All bathroom towels and bed linen is included in the price. For stays longer than one week, bedding and towel changes can be arranged for an additional cost.
