THESE APARTMENTS HAVE ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN CALA EN PORTER! (70% of-my bookings are returners )

Dos Manos 5 has a large balcony with sunbeds, overlooking sea, table and chairs to seat 7.

It also has a community garden to one side of the property, with parking and a shared pool behind the property, shared with approx ten apartments.

The parking operates on a first come basis. There are beds and chairs around the pool.

The property is not suitable For guests with walking difficulties/wheelchairs , as there are 5 steps up to the apartment.

Dos Manos 5 is within 10 minute walk of a selection of restaurants and bars. (There is information in the apartment about restaurants.

Walking distance to the beach, There is a shortcut to the beach of approx 200 steps, which is accessed through an archway signed 'Villa Mil' or alternatively a 15 minute stroll down the paved roadway.

The apartments are situated in a relatively quiet end of town.

There is car hire in Cala en Porter. Hire is available for a couple of days if you wish.

There are a few supermarkets, one has a bakery and they all deliver to DOS MANOS.

DOS MANOS has been owned by my family for 55 years, and we have had lots of great holidays for all ages.

We are upgrading every year and some of our regulars have noticed changes over the last few years.

We still stay in the apartments for a couple of months in the year and would be grateful if you would respect our holiday home and hope you have as much fun as we have.

Menorca is a beautiful Island, still relatively unspoiled in comparison to the other Balearic Islands.

There are lots of archaeological sites to visit.

There are lots of beautiful walks. A trip into Mahon to see the town and beautiful harbour is a must. There are some amazing restaurants in Mahon, Mercadal and Cuitadella.

There is a water sports shop on the beach where you can hire Paddle boards, boats kayaks and bikes.

DOS MANOS 5 - this is a three bed 2 bath/shower apartment.

Two Kingsize beds, and One twin room with two large single beds. All beds are new and linen is white with Oxford pillowcases.

The First Kingsize room is a small room with a new ensuite to include a walk in shower. This room has a ceiling fan and wardrobe with shelves and two bedside tables.

The Twin room has two single beds fitted wardrobe and dressing table with a shelf between beds. Garden aspect.

The Kingsize room is large double aspect over garden and sea view, there is a large chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe. With a large full length mirror and a mirror over drawers.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING - An open plan area with a simple rustic kitchen with microwave and fridge, kitchen is well equipped.

There is private shared pool, private shared parking, and a Barbeque at the pool.
