Description
The detached, fully double glazed villa has 3 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 6 people.
It is set within its own garden with a private swimming pool to the rear; the pool, barbecue and patio area, with outdoor furniture and sun beds, overlooks open countryside and is very private.
The house is set on a narrow, quiet road with very little traffic and it is a five minute stroll into the small town of Cala En Porter, where there are numerous bars, restaurants and several supermarkets.
It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. There is a nightclub set in the caves about a 20 walk from the villa. All music in the bars of the town finishes at midnight.
Bed linen and towels, for bathroom use only, are supplied and changed weekly.
We ask that clients take their own beach/pool towels.
The villa also has a washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair driers, WIFI, wall mounted television with English channels and a selection of books.
There are also one travel cot and a high chair available if required.
We would highly recommend that you hire a car with your booking to enable you to see more of this beautiful island.
We can arrange for the car to be waiting for you at the airport or delivered to the villa.
The villa is about a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Directions
From the airport roundabout, turn left - signposted Cala En Porter. This is now a straight road to Cala En Porter. Continue round about 3 roundabouts and through the little village of San Climent, until you enter a sign welcoming you to Cala En Porter. You then take the second left, over 2 crossroads and turn right at the 3rd crossroad. Follow this road round until you come to Casa Andrette on your left hand side of the road.

Tourist Tax.
This tax is directed to guests holidaying in registered tourist properties with a Tourist licence, which are required from owners before they can rent in Menorca.
The government have left it to property owners to collect and pay, rather than collection points at the airport.
This is for anyone 16 years and over coming to Menorca, as of the 1st July 2016,
2€+ iva = 2.42€per night per person for the first 8 nights then 1.22€ for all nights 9 and over
This is not included in the booking prices, and will be collected on your final holiday payment.

#60. Amazing Villa!!
This is the second time we have stayed in this Villa. It’s like home from home for us. Has everything you need. Views are brilliant! Great location just a short walk to the centre with several restaurants, bars and supermarkets! Can’t wait to return in 2024!

Gorgeous villa in a beautiful quote location but only minutes away from all the bars, shops and restaurants. Very well equipped for everything you could possibly want. Owners are fantastic and always available if you need anything. These is a fantastic ‘welcome pack’ that provides everything you need to know about the villa as well as a multitude of information and leaflets about everything you can do whilst in menorca. The information provided is excellent. The villa is spotless & well maintained. The outside areas are brilliant, gorgeous private pool area with a bbq, sun loungers, seating area with large umbrella as well as a lovely covered terrace at the front great for watching the sunsets! Have been to this villa on more than one occasion and will continue to go for as long as I can! Highly recommend on every level!

This is the second time I have stayed in this villa. Great location, views and surroundings! The daily visit from the cows in the field was one of the highlights of our stay! The pool was kept clean, and has lights for a night time swim which the kids loved!! The villa is well equipped, clean and spacious. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and super market. The super markets are well stocked and offer a delivery service which we found very useful! Will definitely be booking this regularly! It’s my new favourite place! The owners have a great knowledge of the area and were very helpful. Can’t wait to go again!! Highly recommend staying here!

This is a SUPER villa in a lovely location. It is owned by a lovely couple who have extensive knowledge of the island and it is serviced/cleaned/maintained by a professional, friendly and efficient team.
The villa itself is spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated, cool, comfortable and well equipped. Outside are views to the country. The pool is fab and with the white washed walls, spacious patio, and BBQ you are all set to relax and enjoy the sun!
The location is on a quiet road. The bars, restaurants and beach of Cala En Porter are only a short walk away.
I would definitely return and highly recommend.
