A beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa with your own private pool, secluded garden and terrace area. The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the resort centre, but far enough away for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Furnished to a high standard, it has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, independent shower room and air conditioning throughout. Living area has two sofas, a dining table with 6 chairs, a LCD TV with UK channels and free high speed fibre optic wi-fi.
The villa enjoys a large outdoor space with a terraced area including a patio table & 6 chairs ideal for outside dining. The pool has a large tiled area with 6 sunbeds. The property is fully enclosed, making it ideal for families with children. The beautiful secluded beach is located 5 minutes away, and can be accessed by steps or road.

Cala en Porter is a beautiful place for families and friends to visit. The beach is perfect with shallow waters, paddle boards and kayaks for hire and many wonderful restaurants to dine at. The nightlife is there if you want it, several bars have live entertainment during the peak season but you can just as easily relax at the villa with a BBQ and jug of Sangria!
Please be advised that rates do not include tourist tax. As the government dictated amount varies on length of stay, it is impossible for us to set this correctly without overcharging. The current rate is 2.42 (Euros) per person aged 16 years old and over, per night up to 8 nights. For the 9th night onwards the rate is half the cost. We will calculate this payment for you at the time of booking and convert it in to GBP to be paid along side your final payment. Please be sure to confirm how many people will be aged 16 or over at the time of the stay. We also require a copy of all passports for guests aged 16 or over to register with the authorities upon arrival. Please ensure you send a copy of the photo page at least 7 days prior to arrival. We ask that you only smoke outside of the property. We are local and available should you need us during your stay.
Terms and Conditions for Rental of Villa's Your contract is with Cala en Porter Villa Services S.L., the villa that you rent from us are privately owned. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms and conditions of the following contract. On booking and paying deposits • Booking deposits must be paid within 7 days of reserving with us. Failure to do so can result in us rebooking these dates. Bookings made in the year prior to arrival 25% due at time of booking. 25% due 240 days days before arrival. Remaining balance plus tourist tax is due 56 days before arrival. Bookings made the same year as arrival 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance plus tourist tax is due 56 days before arrival. Bookings made last minute or within 8 weeks of arrival 100% payable same day as reservation Confirmation of booking • A confirmation receipt or email will be sent back to you on receipt of monies paid and full property details and key codes will be sent when all payments are made. Entering and Vacating properties • All properties must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day and will be ready to occupy by 16:00 on day of arrival. If you change your booking • If after our confirmation has been issued you wish to change your accommodation dates we will do our upmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. • An administration cost of 50 pounds will be charged to do this and the extra cost should those dates be more expensive or refunded should they be cheaper. • This will only apply before the 8-week final payment is made. • Changes to any bookings made can only be made to the same property in the same year. Cancellation of your booking • Should you cancel your booking after confirmation has been issued the following will apply. • All cancellations should be in writing or telephone and will take affect from that date. • The closer your cancellation is to the departure date the less likely we are to recover the costs by reselling these dates our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches as shown below. More than 8 weeks prior to departure - loss of deposit From 8 weeks to 6 weeks - 60% of booking cost From 6 weeks to 4 weeks - 75% of booking cost From 4 weeks to 2 weeks - 90% of booking cost Under 2 weeks - 100% of booking cost Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday / travel insurance, we take no responsibility in this matter All terms and conditions are accepted upon booking.

Stayed in a few villas in calan porter.and got to say this is fantastic..really close to the village but still very quiet 10mins walk to the beach..all the facilities are brilliant and the pool unbelievable. Will definitely be back if available
