The pool and terrace area are south-west facing and get sunshine all day with stunning views of the sunset in the evening, ideal for al-fresco dining with a typical Spanish BBQ too.

The Villa is close to all amenities, is walled and gated for safety and security and is children friendly.

There is a large lounge with patio doors to spacious terrace area and private pool, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/dining room.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and offers all the expected 'mod cons' including air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a full Smart TV, Playstation, additional TV/DVD player and Wifi.

The pool can be heated for an additional cost if required.

There is also a spacious separate utility room which has a washing machine and extra large American style fridge freezer.

The villa suits two families or extended family members as was originally two villas now adjoined so very spacious.
