In an enviable position overlooking the peaceful town of Cala Llonga, Villa Oratge enjoys beautiful views stretching out over Mahon harbour and the sea beyond.

All on one level and fully air conditioned, this homely villa is the perfect place for peace and tranquillity.

The spacious living room has patio doors leading onto a private covered terrace where you will find a BBQ and both alfresco dining and comfortable seating to really enjoy outdoor living.

The inviting pool is ideal for cooling off in the hot summer sun and a ping pong table has been provided on the lower terrace for your amusement.

A supermarket can be found 15 minutes’ walk down to the marina or just a few minutes’ drive away. However, if you wish to venture a little further, the capital Mahon is located just 10 minute drive from the villa where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and large supermarkets. From Cala Llonga Marina you can also catch a water taxi to take you directly to Mahon.

There is a small fishpond located at the villa and young children must be supervised at all times.
