The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, serviced by a family size bathroom.
Open plan lounge with indoor dining and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a utility room with washing machine and an outside drying area.
Stairs lead to the 1st floor where you have large double bedroom with king size bed, family size bathroom and patio doors leading onto a further large balcony where there is a small table and chairs.

Outside:
Through patio doors from the lounge and kitchen are the terraces where you have a bar-b-que area, outdoor dining under canopy, sun beds and umbrellas.
Nice size pool with shallow end.

The gates to the villa can be locked and the gardens and terraces are completely secure for the children.

The villa has its own Wifi, huge selection of TV channels, DVDs, books and games.
It is a 5 minute walk to all amenities, good restaurants, shops, supermarkets, la trot horse racing, small water park and beautiful coves where you can snorkel, fish and swim. There are small beaches in the resort with the largest being Pirates' Cove at Calan Blanes which is a 10 minute walk from the villa. 5 minute bus ride into the beautiful old capital of Ciutadella.
