The perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying life.
The villa is on one level apart from a few steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double master, one double and a family room which has a small double and a single bed..
There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms one with a bath and one with a large shower. All the ceilings are high with beams giving a light and airy feel to the house.
The main part of the villa is open plan and faces towards the pool.
The garden has large pine trees and olive trees giving wonderful light and natural shade in the heat of the day.
Binibeca's beautiful beach is a 15 minute walk away and Cala Torret about 10 minutes where you can find a good choice of restaurants, a dive school and supermarket.

The balance of 50% and the security deposit will be due 4 weeks before arrival
Deposits are non refundable if the villa reservation is cancelled.
Clients are obliged take travel insurance to insure against any damage they may cause to the property or to it's contents during their stay.
Clients accept that the owner does not provide a pool fence and we will not be held responsible for any accidents due to lack of guardian supervision.
Keys must be returned to the safe at the end of the stay
