We had our beautiful villa, 'Onza de Paraiso'(Ounce of Paradise) built in 2004 and since then have enjoyed many wonderful holidays with our family.It sleeps six in three bedrooms with an ensuite bath and shower room in the main double, plus a second shower room, all on the ground floor only.
There is a modern kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave plus ceramic hob. Utility room has washing machine and granite worktop plus utility sink and two electrical water heaters.
The villa has air conditioning throughout and a large Android Smart TV plus DVD player. There is a large formal dining room and an airy main lounge with two large Natuzzi brown leather sofa's and a matching swivel brown leather lazy boy.
It has a large private swimming pool, ample sun terraces to the front and rear, with sun loungers etc. Very private but close to the Golf Course, Beach, Supermarket and Restaurants and all other facilities.
A car is not essential but is highly recommended. We use Auto's Victoria but early booking is necessary as hire cars are very difficult to come by on the island in August.

On the Mahon to Fornells Road, Turn right into Son Parc Road approximately three kilometres past the Arenal - Alaior Roundabout.

The Villa has neighbouring houses but is nevertheless secluded. It is accessed from the 3 car drive via a secure door and up several steps.
This keeps it very private from the road.
It is situated in Son Parc, a very mature urbanisation which incorporates the islands only golf course, so golf is within comfortable walking distance.
There are many bars and restaurants close enough to walk to but not close enough to be heard.
The fabulous beach is also walking distance and it is a great place to commence many other walks or cycle rides to Arenal, Coves Noves etc.
Surrounded by Pine forest it is quiet and peaceful.
